@pleaserawr: Well my colleagues basically take the raw files of everything we film/sho0t/record and I tell them how to make it worth using. So, for example, I would tell them I wanted certain photos put on a poster with a certain layout and they would do it. Then I get a draft and make any necessary changes and publish it. I hardly ever have to change anything cuz the team are go0d though. But we don't currently have anything available, I occasionally send files to people to get some decent airbrushing if I don't have time myself though so I'll let you know if I need something ;] x
